Rebekah's Peanut Broccoli Salad

3 med-sized bunches broccoli, chopped to bite size
1/2 chopped red onion
1 1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup salty peanuts
1 1/2 cup light mayo
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
salt & pepper (optional)
1/2 lb. real bacon, fried and crumbled (optional)

Mix together mayo, sugar, and vinegar until smooth. Mix with other ingredients (4 hour max before serving so peanuts do not get soggy). Serves enough to share at a barbeque.
