Gail's Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:
1 stick margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3-4 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, optional

DIRECTIONS:
Mix ingredients in order. Pour into greased and floured bread molds or greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean. (Less baking time required for muffins.)
